Christine Ripley is located in central Minnesota and has over 25 years of Human Resources and Leadership development training. She is a Certified Personal and Professional development coach and facilitator. She loves working with individuals to embrace their inner leader to create the life, career, and company culture they desire.
Her coaching taps into the compassion and understanding of what a life out of balance feels like having gone from chronically ill, overworked, perfectionist, to a more balance positive life helping others.
She taps into her diverse experience in multiple industries and both union and non-union environments to create practical training to strengthen leaders and enhance cultures.
