I love creating development plans with individuals and groups that is tailored to their professional goals that are personally engaging. These plans are co-created tapping into the each person's strength and areas of desired growth. Each session is customized to a client’s comfort level with small actionable steps as takeaways.

It is an honor to work with my clients as they define the direction of growth and healing, they wish to achieve. This is supported through 1:1 meetings mixed with tools, gentle nudges when needed, development work between sessions and a great deal of compassion & celebrating all learnings. As the work environment is changing the need for both soft skills and tactical level knowledge is blending and those don't will struggle. It is about how you do as much as what you do. With over 25+ years of leading trainings and developing success plans I have found blending the two builds a bridge to culture change and leadership success. Training ranges from interpersonal communication to tactical legal documentation. Training should adapt to the group and individuals to allow them to bridge the gap.
